We are eager to welcome you and your child to register for kindergarten.
Our Kindergarten registration packet includes:
- Greenfield Public Schools Enrollment Application
- Health Summary (parent provides general information)
- Health Care Provider's Examination
- Certificate of Immunization
- Affidavit of Residency
- Closest School by Street (for Registration 2010-11)

Children must be five (5) years old on or before September 1, 2010 to register. Please bring your child's birth certificate and record of immunization. Early admission to Kindergarten can be requested from September 2 through November 1.
