Technology Trouble Tickets

Greenfield Public Schools uses a Technology Trouble Ticket system to report technical support needs. If you have a support request, launch your Internet browser from a school computer and in the address bar, please enter:

There is no need to enter http:// or www.

A technology Help Desk form will pop up on screen.

New Support Ticket

Click New support ticket

Fill out the form, indicating building (selected from a drop down list) and room number if available. Enter a subject for this trouble ticket. Then enter a brief description of the problem.  Choose IT Department from the Group dropdown menu at the bottom of the page. A GPS technology support person will get back to you as soon as possible to handle your request.

Note: You can contact from any device with Internet access, even outside the GPSK12 network.
