How to Change Your GPSK12 (Zimbra)

After you enter your email username and password, a pop up message might appear telling you that "Your password is no longer valid. Please change your password.

To change your password, you must first enter the original password in the "Password" field.

Next, press the Tab keyto move to the "New Password" field.

Enter your new password.

Next, press the Tab key again to move to the "Confirm" field

Enter your new password a second time..

Click the Log In button.

Note: Your new password must have the following characteristics:

no fewer than 6 characters

at least:
1 upper case letter

2 lower case letters

2 numbers

1 symbol ( e.g., @, #, $, %, &, *)
